I love my socks and how soft they are and great the designs look! However I am surprised with how fast the bottoms appear work after just one or 2 normal wears. They have lots of loose threads and rubbed like they were walked in for a few weeks while I was only walking around my house for a few hours. Very comfy tho!

these socks genuinely feel like butter. i seen people comment on how comfortable they are, but the whole time i was thinking, “they’re socks, how soft can they be?” and let me tell you… as soon as they touched my feet i was in heaven 😭🫶 im seriously only wearing double soul socks from now on.

I received my package quickly; however, I only received three out of four socks and was quite disappointed, as I was very excited to wear Holly Lims' collection with Doublesoul. I quickly emailed their customer service, and surprisingly, they responded right away and were very apologetic. Allison Strumeyer, the representative I was in contact with, was very understanding and patient as we discussed the issue, and she sent the missing pair immediately. Although I was initially frustrated, everything worked out, and I received my missing pair🤍🤍
