What makes your socks unique?
Our socks are ultra cushioned, super breathable, and made from a recycled blend that's softer than butter.
We spent a year innovating features that makes these the most comfortable socks you'll ever wear: arch support, a subtle heel tab to eliminate chafing, aeration on the top of the foot to keep you cool, a seamless toe enclosure to prevent irritation, and a double-cushioned foot pad that feels like walking on a cloud.
They're also made sustainably and ethically using Global Recycle Standard-certified recycled materials and OEKO TEX-certified earth safe dyes.
What are your socks made from?
Our socks are knitted from a butter-soft blend of of Organic Cotton and Global Recycle Standard-Certified Nylon.
Our QUARTER SOCK is made with roughly 81% organic cotton and 19% recycled nylon. Our ULTRAHIGH SOCK is made with roughly 82% organic cotton and 18% recycled nylon. Our HIGH SOCK is made with roughly 78% organic cotton and 22% recycled nylon. Our LOW SOCK is made with roughly 75% organic cotton and 25% recycled nylon.
How should I wash them?
We recommend washing your socks on the gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent and tumble drying them on low.
What's my size?
We're taking a small but important step towards a more inclusive world by getting rid of gendered sizing. Our socks come in four sizes, indicated by roman numerals: I, II, III, and IV. These roughly correspond to S, M, L, and XL. Take a look at the size chart linked on the product page to find your exact size.
Shipping & Returns
What is your shipping policy?
If you spend $45, it’s FREE! Otherwise, shipping is $5 to anywhere in the United States.
What is your return policy?
We don't currently accept returns. If you have received a pair of socks that is defective or damaged, lets us know via email at hello@doublesoul.co and we can get it sorted out!
Where do you ship?
Right now, we’re shipping within the United States. As we grow, we'll make our socks available internationally.
Subscription
How do I access my account portal?
You can access your account portal by navigating to “Account” and sign in!
How do I change my personal, contact or billing information?
You can make account edits through ‘Manage Account’ > ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
What is my subscription schedule?
You can select a variety of subscription schedule options through the account portal. If you need your subscription order to be sent on a specific date, go to ‘Manage Subscriptions’ (located in ‘Manage Account’), select ‘Edit’ and select a date under ‘Next Shipment.’
When will I be charged?
You will be billed at every recurring fulfillment. If you have a prepaid subscription, you will be billed at the beginning of your subscription period
Can I make edits or changes to my subscription?
You can add or swap items in your subscription in your account portal. To do this, simply select the item you wish to add or swap from the lists provided under “Add to Shipment” or “Swap.”
Can I review my upcoming orders?
Yes! In ‘Upcoming Orders’ you will see your order, the subscription number, date of your next shipment, and the option to add or swap items.
Can I view the orders that are in progress or have been delivered?
Yes! In ‘Order History’ in the account portal, you will find all of your previous orders and subscription information. You can track all orders on this page.
Can I gift an item? If so, how?
Yes! On the top left corner of the subscription you would like to send, you will find the options to ‘Gift, Skip, Send Now.’ Select ‘Gift’ and provide the recipient’s information and a message if you wish!
